Booking Policies

  1. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  2. Balance is due 48 hours before the event.

  3. Travel fees apply for locations outside Toronto, GTA, Durham, Northumberland, Brighton, Hamilton, Oakville & Niagara.

  4. Setup and teardown times depend on the service booked.

  5. Rental items must be returned in original condition; damage fees may apply.

  6. Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
